If you are planning to create your own private label or OEM wet wipes, understanding the full customization process will help you save time, reduce cost, and make better decisions. Below is a clear, easy-to-follow guide on how the custom wet wipes process works from start to finish.

1. Start With Your Market Needs
The first step in customizing wet wipes is understanding the needs of your market. Different countries, industries, and retail channels require different types of wipes—baby wipes, disinfecting wipes, makeup-removal wipes, household cleaning wipes, pet wipes, and more.

Once we know your market, we will help you determine the ideal wipe type for your customers.

2. Define the Product Specifications
After choosing the type of wet wipes, it’s time to confirm the key product details:

Number of wipes per pack

Wipe size

Non-woven fabric material and GSM

Fragrance or fragrance-free

Formula type (gentle, antibacterial, alcohol-free, natural, etc.)

If you are unsure about fragrance or formula, don’t worry—we can provide recommendations based on your target market.
And if you prefer to test different options, we can send samples to help you make the best decision.

3. Choose Between Wholesale Stock or Custom Packaging
After defining the product details, you can decide between two options:

Option A: Wholesale Our Stock Products
We have ready-made products with low MOQ, fast delivery, and stable quality.
This option is perfect for buyers who need goods quickly.

Option B: Fully Customized Packaging
If you want your own brand design and packaging, then a custom production order is required.
The MOQ for custom packaging is typically 30,000–100,000 packs, depending on bag material and design complexity.

4. Confirm MOQ and Receive Your Quotation
Once the specification and MOQ are confirmed, we will prepare a quotation.
Normally, the quotation is valid for around one month.

Tax Note:
For orders below USD 5000, there is a 5% tax.

For orders above USD 5000, there is no 5% tax, because we can apply for export tax rebate.

Payment can be made through whichever method you prefer—T/T, international bank transfer, or other accepted options.

5. Finalize Your Packaging Design
The next step is confirming your artwork and packaging layout.

If you have your own designer—great, just send us the final files.

If your design only contains English text, we can help optimize it.

For other languages (Arabic, Spanish, French, etc.), our designer may not have the correct font files, so we recommend providing the editable artwork.

Once the design is approved, we will start making the printing plates for the packaging bags.

Meanwhile, we will also place the order for the non-woven fabric and other raw materials.

6. Production Planning & Formula Preparation
When both the packaging bags and non-woven fabric arrive at our factory, we will begin:

Preparing the formula and liquid according to your requirements

Setting up the machines for your wipe size and GSM

Starting mass production

Quality control checks are performed throughout the process.

7. Pre-Production Sample Confirmation
Before we produce the full order, we will:

Send you a sample pack

Or provide a video confirmation

This ensures everything—including formula, wipe feel, design color, and packaging—is exactly how you want it.

Only after your approval will we start bulk production.

8. Bulk Production & Final Inspection
Once you confirm the pre-production sample, we begin full production.
After all goods are finished, our QC team performs the final inspection to ensure consistency and quality.

9. Shipping Arrangement
We can ship your products in the way that works best for you:

To your freight forwarder in China, or

Directly to your country’s port (sea shipping or air shipping)

If you choose direct shipping, we will coordinate with our partner forwarders to arrange everything smoothly.
